Al has been involved in strength and conditioning with American Style (east coast) Boxing for over 30 years. He specializes in women fighters and self defense.
One on one training available.
Dutch Style Kickboxing (Mixture of Muay Tai, Boxing and Karate)

6pm – 7pm Strength and Conditioning
7pm – 8pm Advanced Training
Studies include: Kung Fu, Thai Chi, Taekwon do, Hapkido, Karate, Shotokan Karate, Muay Tai and Boxing.
Jay also holds a degree in Physical Science.
